Drawing inspiration from a lifelong love of flowers, The Art of Blooms showcases a stunning collection of large-scale floral paintings featuring roses, dahlias, hydrangeas and other botanical treasures.
Rooted in cherished childhood memories of a garden overflowing with colour and fragrance, these works explore the changing moods of nature through luminous colour, rich texture and the delicate architecture of petals. From deep velvety reds to soft, dreamy creams, each painting captures both the beauty of the bloom and the emotions it can evoke.
About the Artist
Vanessa Osborne is a South Australian artist renowned for her striking large-scale floral paintings and oversized blooms.
Inspired by the natural world, her work examines colour, light and form through a diverse range of botanical subjects. Whether capturing the sculptural elegance of a rose, the layered complexity of a dahlia or the luminous petals of a hydrangea, Vanessa's paintings reveal the ever-changing beauty and character of flowers.
